Nikita Morgan is a certified business coach for female entrepreneurs. She is a highly successful business executive, entrepreneur, wife, and mother. After years of working in local and state government agencies, she grew weary of multi-lateral organizations that were not providing real solutions for their consumers. In her frustration, she walked away from a good-paying government job to start a consulting firm. She founded Dreamtek Consulting Inc., a full-service training and talent solutions organization, headquartered in Southeastern Michigan.

As fate would have it, she landed her first contract from her former employer — the state of Michigan. As the lead services advisor, she helped formulate partnerships that led to community development and local business expansions. The results of these collaborations have provided countless employment opportunities for minority residents.

In 2015, Nikita faced her biggest personal challenge when she was diagnosed with stage III invasive breast cancer. The business had to be placed on the back burner while she went through months of treatment. This battle prompted changes in her lifestyle. She says, “In my sickness, I found healing”. Learning holistic practices like mindfulness, meditation and nutrition allowed her to change her life for the better. Just over a year later, Dreamtek had their biggest year ever, their first multi- 6-figure year!

Now, Nikita is on a mission to teach women how to utilize their expertise and personal passion to establish a legacy for themselves and their families. She knows that success is not simply based on achievements and accolades but on a well-rounded, heart-centered life. CorVision Coaching is the result of this mindset.
